Beer Braised Brisket Poutine
Pulled slow cooked brisket poutine is the ultimate comfort food! Harvarti cheese melted over pulled beer braised brisket, gravy, and french fries sprinkled with fresh dill with horseradish on the side. This is a twist on the original French Canadian poutine which is French fries with cheese curds and gravy.
Heating instructions - Remove all gravy and horseradish containers remove poutine from aluminum tray and microwave 1-2 minutes on plate. Use horseradish as you please when eating, it is hot.
OR Pre-heat oven to 350F then add tray for 20-30min then add warm gravy.
Or you can spread it on a sheet pan and warm gravy separately then spread over top when hot.
NOTE: Warming gravy separately is best then add to warmed poutine.
