Pierogi (East European origin) are filled dough dumplings stuffed with mashed potato and cheese then cooked in boiling water. Smothered in sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions. Served with sour cream on the side.
Heating instructions - Put in preheated oven at 350 F for 30 minutes. Or remove pirogies from tray and put on a plate to heat in microwave for 1 or 2 minutes.
