NEW! Mung Bean Soup
What are Mung Beans? They are little green beans that resemble peas. They are legumes packed with protein, fiber, magnesium, copper, and zinc. FIlled with antioxidants that is good for cholesterol, digestion, and blood sugar.
This has been one of my favorite soups lately. It's vegetarian. The beans are simmered in a vegetarian broth, coconut milk, spinach, garlic, ginger, celery, and white onion. Comes with bread and parmesan.
