Potato Pablano Chile Cream Soup with bread - A favorite, this is a wonderful smooth thick velvety soup. Roasted poblano chiles, white onions, garlic, and potatoes simmered in a chicken stock. Pureed and heavy cream added. On the side-1 oz containers of chopped scallions (green onions) and bread. Limited amount. The last of my chiles till fall.
